PARAGRAPH ON PROBLEM OF DRINKING WATER

PARAGRAPH ON PROBLEM OF DRINKING WATER! Life first originated in water. Our earth is called the blue planet or watery planet due to the presence of water on it. Water is a vital natural resource. It sustains all life forms on the earth. Abundant is its use. We use it for drinking and cooking, bathing and cleaning, bathing and cleaning, irrigation and industrial uses. Surprisingly enough, less than 1 percent of the total water on the earth is potable. This small amount is further polluted due to human activities, which results in water-crisis. This crisis may be averted if the nature is allowed to recycle water freely. But pollution makes her task harder. As a result of widespread human activities of polluting water, the underground water level has receded fast. Taps and tube-wells run dry in hot summer days.
