Thus it is the duty of a student to keep him fully informed of the situations in the country.

Duties of a student- A student has something more to do. He lives in society. He has some duties towards society also. There are lots of problems in society. A student cannot shut his eyes to them. He must be prepared to undertake social responsibilities. He should try to improve his immediate environment. Most of the people are illiterate and they are ignorant of many things. It is the duty of a student to fight against ignorance and help people in the best possible way. He should try to improve the social backwardness of people.

But the main duty of a student is to study well. He has to think of other problems of society as well. But he should not neglect his studies at any cost. He must do something for the nation. But it should not be at the cost of his studies. A student should learn good manners. He must be polite, obedient and courageous. He has to develop in him some good qualities.

Qualities a student should have- A student should develop both his mind and his body. He should take part in games and sports. He should participate in debates and discussions. He should be loyal and helpful to his friends and classmates. He should try to live neat and clean. He should love and respect his elders. But study comes first. Whatever he does is useful and fruitful only when it is based on his studies.
