I switched on the radio and listened to some sweet variety programs. Later on, I went to bed. I slept for a few hours. Then I got up. I began to clean my study (reading-room). I dusted all my books and copies. They were lying at sixes and sevens. They were kept in an apple-pie order. The note-books were also arranged in a systematic way. Then I took up my history book. I prepared notes. I worked very hard for 7-8 hours on this subject. Nobody was there to disturb me. I was all by myself. I worked whole-heartedly. After all History is my favourite subject. It kept me fully engrossed. This way, I spent a day at home quite usefully and that, too, all alone.
